10 Right Arm KB Snatches @ 24kg
10 Left Arm KB Snatches @ 24kg
20 HSPU
30 Clapping Push Ups
40 Alternating Leg Pistols
50 32kg KB Swings
Manage to go up, then back down and missed 4 snatches to complete the full ascend descent.
